How to do it?
Lie down on the mat, use all four limbs i.e. hands and feet, to hold the body in a straight line while pulling up from shoulders to ankles.

2. Crunch

How to do it?

  • a. Lie down on your back and bend your knees with a hip-width gap.
  • b. Cross hands over your chest or put them behind your head.

Vegan dishes are simple dairy-free recipes that are delicious and plant-based. The following recipes are super easy to cook and take only a few minutes.

Vegan Jackfruit: A perfect meat substitute, it even works as a bread roll stuffing.

Servings: 1-2
Ingredients - 2*25 grams young jackfruit, 1 tbsp refined oil ,1 small red onion very finely chopped, 2 tsp smoked paprika , 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 4 tbsp BBQ sauce , 1 small tomato finely chopped 2 tsp Chipotle Tabasco

  • - Fry onion till it is slightly brown.
  • - Add cinnamon, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-low flame.
  • - Add ACV, Tabasco, and BBQ sauce into the pan. Add jackfruit and stir it thoroughly.
  • - Your Vegan jackfruit is ready.
